
The Central Teacher Eligibility test (CTET) declared on or before March twenty first, 2014 at official website. The CTET Examination was held on 12/2/14 throughout the country and abroad. About 8.26 lakh candidates were registered for either Paper1-2. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test Board should be declare CTET Result on or before 25/3/14 As per the schedule.
About ten per cent of the 8.26 lakh candidates who appeared for the test held in July. This is the highest pass proportion among the four CTETs held so far by CBSE across the country. Within the Nov 2012 test, the pass percentage was just about one per cent. Although increase within the pass proportion this time around, schools and educationists within the city say there’s still a long way to go.
Passing CTET a qualifying examination has been made mandatory to work as teacher in 1-8 classes in Central government schools.
The Board so as to ensure complete transparency in examination process and to bring confidence within the candidates by uploading scanned copy of OMR Sheets of the candidates along with the info of the languages and subject attempted by the candidates in Paper1-2. The candidates can view their details and OMR Sheet on the CBSE/CTET web site and just in case of any doubts on filled within the OMR Sheet, may bring around the notice of Board latest by 5.00 PM on 17/3/14 for consideration of the Board on e-mail ID ctet@cbse.gov.in only.
The Board thereafter will be uploading the answer Key on the CBSE/CTET web site. If anyone have doubts about question/incorrect answer keys, the same should be brought into the notice of the Assistant Secretary (CTET) with documentary proof with answer of the question on our mail ID ctet@cbse.gov.in latest by 5.00 PM on 19/3/14 for CBSEs consideration.
