Commission (Punjab PSC), Patiala invites Online applications from eligible Indian citizens for filling up of the 115 vacancies of Veterinary Officer posts in various Departments . Interested Candidates may apply Online on or before 13th February, 2014 and then send the hard copy of application form on before 25th February, 2014.

Eligibility Criteria :
Age Limit : Candidates should not be below 18 years and above 38 years of age as on 01/01/2014. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC /Backward Classes of Punjab/ Widows/ Divorcees women/ PH candidates.
Educational Qualification : Candidates should have completed Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Ph.D or M.V.Sc in any of the Branches of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science.
Note : Candidates also possess Punjabi or Matric or its equivalent Standard.
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 + Grade pay of Rs. 5400/-.
Selection Process : The Commission shall hold a Competitive Examination details of which shall be hosted on the Commission's website shortly.
Application Fee + Examination Fee :
1. SC/ST and OBC of Punjab are arequired to pay Rs. 1125/-.
2. Ex-serviceman of Punjab are required to pay Rs. 500/-.
3. All Others categories need to Pay Rs. 3000/-.
4. PHD of Punjab need to pay Rs. 1750/-.
