Educational Qualification :
1. For Engineering Asst, Candidates should be 03 yrs Diploma in Radio Telecommunication/Electrical/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with knowledge of wireless.

2. For Technician posts, Candidates must possess 10 + 2 pass from a recognized Board, Diploma of at least 2 yrs duration in Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute .

1. General and OBC Candidates are required to pay Rs. 200 in the form of Challan.
2. SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen Candidates are not required to pay any fee.

(e) Claims for award of injury/family pension to Government servants and;transfers

(f) Any other matter referred to them by the Governor;

(3) In addition, in the State of Maharashtra, the Commission deals with the following matters:

(A) Under Section 80-B of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, the Commission have been entrusted with the responsibility of advising <96>

(a) The Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai regarding appointments to posts under the control of Corporation which are equivalent to or higher than the post Executive Engineer. And;

(b) The Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport undertaking regarding appointments to posts in Grade <96> A <96> II.

(B) To hold departmental examinations for certain Government Departments for employees of their Departments and advice Government regarding other matters pertaining to the examinations

Age Limit : Candidate's age should be between 18 yrs to 30 yrs as on 01-07-2012.

Educational Qualification : Candidates should have Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture.

Application Fee :

1. General Candidates need to pay Rs. 150/-.

2. SC/ ST/ MSC/ DC/ BC/ BCM/ Destitute Widows/ EXSM/ Differently abled persons need to pay Rs. 50/-.

Payment Mode : TNPSC provides 2 mode for Fees payment either Online or Offline.

1. For Online : Fees is to be deposited through Net Banking using Credit Card or Debit Card.

2. For Offline : Fees is to be deposited through Challan (generated from website) in any Indian Bank branch or Post Office within two days from the date of submission of application.

Selection process : Eligible Candidates will be selected on the basis of Main Examination in Computer Based Test Format, Oral Test & Interview.

Contract may be terminated at any time by giving one-month notice by either side. The applicants will have no claim implicit or explicit for consideration against any CSIR/IGIB post.
