Officer (General): 334 posts
Qualification:
(i) M.B.B.S.
ii) Registered with the Punjab Medical Council or with any other duly constituted Medical Council in India
(iii) Knowledge of Punjabi Language of Matriculation Standard or its equivalent: Candidates who do not possess this qualification shall have to acquire this qualification within six months of their joining the service failing which their services shall be terminated.
Age:
Candidate should not be below 18 years and above 38 years of age on the January 1st, 2012.
(ii) Upper age limit is relaxed up to 48 years for all States/ Central Government employees. (iii) The Upper age limit is relaxed up to 43 years for Scheduled Castes of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab only.
