Number of vacancies : 1981
Name of Posts : Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs)
Consolidated Salary : Rs. 27,800/- per month.
Eligibility criteria :
Educational Qualification :
1. For Sr.no. 1,2,5,6 : Graduation in the specific subject with B.Ed.
2. For remaining post : SA (Hon) in one of the Modern Language (MIL) concerned or B.A with MIL concerned as one of the elective subject with one additional language or one school subject at degree level or Equivalent Oriental Degree in MIL.
Only those candidates, who are qualified in Elementary Stage in the Central Teacher Eligibility test conducted by CBSE will be considered for appointment of teachers for class VI to VIII in the schools of Delhi.
Age Limit :
1. For Male Candidates : max age is 30 years.
2. For Female Candidates : max age is 40 years as on 01.07.2014.
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit in academic performance of the applicant at different level (X, XII or equivalent, Graduation and B.Ed.) and weight- age would be given to candidates who have worked as teacher under SSA during the year 2013-14 only in any ODE school.
