For Lower Division Clerk : 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)

For Technical Assistant : Bachelor’s degree in Zoology/Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Fisheries Science/ Food Science/ Food Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized university

Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :
For Lower Division Clerk : 18 to 27 years
For Technical Assistant : 18 to 30 years

Age of Relaxation :

Application Fee : Rs.200/- in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of “ICAR Unit – CIFT” payable at Cochin. Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST category are exempted from payment of application fee. Persons with disabilities are also exempted from payment of fee subject to submission of prescribed medical certificate.
