The Govt. of India has decided to conduct Single Entrance Examination for admission to the Degree level courses from the academic session 2013-14 onwards. All the aspirants of Engineering and Medical & BDS courses of the State are therefore required to sit for JEE-Main (Engg) and CBSE NEET (Med) respectively. Candidates are advised to visit the respective websites for detailed information as nomination and selection to the respective courses shall be on the basis of Merit list of these examinations.

However, the State Govt. shall continue to conduct State level entrance examinations for the courses other than Degree Engineering, MBBS and BDS like B.V.Sc. & AH, BAMS, BHMS, B.Sc (Agri/Horti/ Forestry/ Nursing/ Fisheries/ MLT), B. Pharm etc. and for the Diploma courses. The dates for these examinations shall be notified in due course of time.

APJEE is conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Technical Education under the Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh for selection of candidates for admission in various technical/professional courses leading to Diploma/ Degree.
