Eligibility Criteria for SAIL MT Recruitment 2013 :
Age Limit : Candidates age must not be above than 30 yrs as on 01.03.2013 i.e not born earlier than 01.03.1983. Age Relaxation is applicable as per govt norms.
Educational Qualification :
1. For MT (Tech) posts : SC/ST/PWD and Departmental Candidates must possess Engineering Degree in the required disciplines with 55% marks.
2. For MT (Admn) posts : SC/ST/PWD and Departmental Candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks (average of all subjects) and MBA/PG Diploma in Management in the relevant discipline with 50% marks.
Selection Process : Initially Candidates are required to appear for a Written Examination, and after then Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in written test, then Shortlisted Candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Interview.
Examination Fee :
1. General and OBC Candidates are required to pay Rs. 500/-.
2. SC/ST/PWD/Departmental Candidates are required to pay Rs. 100 as processing Fee.
Emoluments : Management Trainees will be offered Basic Pay of Rs.20,600/- p.m. in the pay scale of Rs.20600-3%-46500 (E-1).
