CENTRALISED ALLOTMENT PROCESS 2012: ALLOTMENT FOR ADMISSION TO PROFESSIONAL DEGREE COURSES TO VACANT SEATS
POINTS TO REMEMBER IN KERALA CEE CAP-2012 WEB COUNSELLING :
1. Candidates can register/rearrange options till 5 PM on 15th September 2012.
2. Please read the Notification before filing options. Candidates are
directed not to file unnecessary options. Lapsing of Govt. seats by
filing unnecessary options will invite penalties.
3. The allotment in this phase will be published on 17th September 2012.
4. Those candidates who receive allotment can remit the Tuition Fee /
Balance fee / Deposit in selected branches of State Bank of Travancore
on 18th,19th September 2012.
5. Those who do not remit fee in the specified time will lose their existing allotment as well as all higher options.
6. Candidates receiving allotment for all courses shall take admission in the colleges from 18th to 19th September 2012.
7. Those candidates who do not take admission in the specified time will lose existing allotment as well as all higher options.
8. Allotment to all courses will be subject to Govt. Sanction/Permission
of the Apex body/Affiliation from the University concerned.
9. Candidates retaining unnecessary higher options, in colleges which
they do not wish to join, will be liable to pay penalty as per Clause
12.2.4(c) of the prospectus.
