Eligibility Criteria :
Age Limit :
1. For General Manager : Max age is 57 years.
2. For Chief manager : Max age is 50 years.
3. For Executive Engineer : Max age is 39 years.
4. For Dy. Executive Engineer & Dy. Medical Officer : Max age is 37 years.
Educational Qualification :
1. For general Manager : Candidates must possess Degree in any Discipline and a post Graduate Degree/Diploma of min. 2 years duration in various discipline.
2. For Chief manager : Pass in final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) / Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) or Degree in any discipline with MBA of minimum 2 years duration with specialization in Finance.
3. For Executive Engineer : Degree in Engineering or AMIE in Mechanical / Electrical/Electrical & Electronics /Electronics & Communication.
4. For Mining : Degree in Engineering (B.E.,/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. 4yrs) (or) AMIE in Mining with Second Class Mine Manager Certificate of Competency under Coal Mine Regulations, 1957.
5. For Dy. Medical Officer : Pass in MBBS with completion of CRRI or pass in MBBS with Post graduate Diploma qualifications.
Salary :
1. For General Manager : Rs. 21.8 lacs per annum
2. For Chief manager : Rs. 15.1 lacs per annum
3. For Executive Engineer : Rs. 11.6 Lacs per annum
4. For Dy. Executive Engineer : Rs. 9.6 lacs per annum
5. For Dy. medical officer : Rs. 9.7 lacs per annum.
