EAMCET 2013 Procedure for cancellation of final allotment

News, EAMCET 2013 news, APSCHE, EAMCET allotment, EAMCET seat allotment, Cancellation of EAMCET 2013 seat allotment, ap eamcet 2013, EAMCET final phase counselling has been completed and college – branch wise allotments are placed in web site. These candidates have no claim on Phase-I allotted college, as they have exercised option to join in the final phase allotted college. Request for re-allotment to any other college or course will not be entertained by APSCHE as this is final allotment. The students are directed to report at the allotted college on or before 05-10-2013. 

If the candidate wants to cancel his current allotment for any reason, he can do so by submitting a request letter along with the Receipt of Certificates given to him at the time of verification at the help line center where he has deposited his original certificates on or before 05-10-2013. 

Beyond 7-10-2013, cancellations shall not be entertained at help line centers. The certificates shall be collected from S.V.Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad-500 028 only. If a student has joined the college, cancellation of allotted seat is at the discretion of the Principal of the college. Without his consent for cancellation, certificates will not be returned from the help line center.

EAMCET 2013 convener Ramanarao released the notification on February 7, 2013. Students can apply online from February 15 to March 27. The convener said that the results would be released on June 2, 2013.

Changes in EAMCET 2013
In OMR answer sheet, options should be darkened using blue/ black ball point pen only unlike with pencil as in 2012. If pencil is used, OMR sheet will not be evaluated.

Students will be asked about the medium of taking the test.

Regional centers are increased to 30 from 26. Bheemavaram, Chittoor, Janagam and Vanaparti are the centers added.

AP Eamcet 2013 notification on February 8

AP Eamcet 2013 notification will go to be issued on February 8. This is very first time, a column in AP Eamcet 2013 application to fill in mother’s name will be included in the Eamcet online application form. Most of the people believe this is the last Eamcet exam in full function. From next year NEET and ISEET will cut down the Eamcet exam destinies.

Eamcet entrance exam is for admission to MBBS and BDS courses and engineering admissions will be held on May 10. But the medical entrance results will be declared based on Supreme Court’s verdict on NEET 2013. The NEET 2013 is scheduled to be held on May 5, the Eamcet 2013 will be held on May 10. If the Supreme Court does not deliver its verdict over NEET by May 5, medical aspirants in AP will have to sit for both NEET and Eamcet. Admissions will be given by following the merit list of either Neet or Eamcet, based on the final outcome of the NEET case in the Supreme Court.

AP Eamcet 2013 online applications submission:
Students who wish to apply Eamcet 2013 can submit online applications in www.apeamcet.org from February 15 and the last date to submit Eamcet applications without penalty is March 27. Eamcet applications can be submitted online by paying a late fee of Rs 500 till April 8 and with a fee of Rs 1,000 till April 17.

Students can still submit Eamcet applications with a fine of Rs 5,000 till April 27 and with a fine of Rs 10,000 till May 7.

Eamcet 2013 applications edit:
Any corrections in the online application data can be done from March 29 to April 7 at the office of the convener and regional coordinators only.

AP Eamcet 2013 hall tickets download:
The Eamcet 2013 hall tickets can be downloaded from the www.apeamcet.org website from April 25 to May 8.

Eamcet 2013 exam date:
Eamcet exam to engineering stream will be held on May 10 mornings from 10 am to 1 pm, the medical test will be held from noon 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm on the same day (May 10). The qualifying marks in Eamcet will be at 25 per cent. There are no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST students.

Eamcet 2013 key:
The Eamcet 2013 preliminary key will be out on May 12. Last date for receiving objections on Eamcet key is May 18. Eamcet 2013 results with marks and ranks will be announced simultaneously on June 2.

AP EAMCET 2013 Exam Date

APSCHE announce tentative Eamcet 2013 exam date is likely to be held on May 11 or 12 2013 Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) is this year also conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of APSCHE. Eamcet 2013 examination is the only gateway for admission into Engineering, Agriculture and Medical professional courses in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

APSCHE on January 8 will announce the schedule for announcing Eamcet 2013 results and counselling for admissions along with Eamcet 2013 notification. Since 25 per cent weightage is being given for inter marks in Eamcet, the ranks announcement and admissions process getting very late. In 2012 students lost nearly six months, due to delay in fee fixation by the govt and second phase counselling and spot admissions concluded in November.

To reduce the delay, the APSCHE is planning to give weightage for Inter marks secured in the Inter exams in March.

Sources saying this year common entrance test Eamcet 2013 in May 11 or 12 and release of Eamcet 2013 results by June 5. The first phase of Eamcet 2013 web counselling should conclude by June 30 and Eamcet second counselling phase by July 10. If required, the Eamcet third phase counselling should be conducted and concluded by July 20. The entire admissions process should be completed by July 30 and the Engineering, Agriculture and Medical classes has to commence from August 1.
