Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) invites Online Applications from Indian nationals for filling up of the 2342 vacancies of Village Administrative Officer posts. Name of Post : Village Administrative Officer (VAO) [Grama Nirvaga Aluvalar]

Age Limit : Candidates age should not below 21 years and not above 30 years for General candidates and not above 40 years for reserved candidates.

Educational Qualification : Candidate should have passed S.S.L.C (Matriculation - 10th Class) Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies (or) to College Courses of studies. Candidates should possess knowledge of Tamil.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination that will be off objective type.

Pay Scale : Rs.5,200 -20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2,400/-

Examination Fee :
1. Candidates are required to pay Rs. 125/- (Examination Fee Rs.75/- + Cost of Application Rs.50/-

2. Reserved Caste category candidates need to pay Rs.50/- towards Application Cost.

How to Apply : Desirous candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are required to fill Online application form through TNPSC Online portal before 15th April, 2014.

Eligibility Criteria :
Age Limit :
General Candidates age should not be less than 18 yrs and not be above than 34 yrs for others Candidates.For SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and Destitute Widows of all Castes,
No age limit is decided.

Educational Qualification : Candidates should have B.L. Degree and must be a member of Bar and possess adequate knowledge of Tamil with desired experience as active practice in Criminal Courts for a period of not less than 5 years.

1. Candidates are required to pay Examination fee of Rs. 175 (Examination Fee Rs. 125/- + Cost of Application Rs. 50).
2. SC/ ST/ MBC/ DC/ BC/ BCM/ Destitute Widows/ EXSM/ Differently Abled are required to pay only Rs. 50/-.

Selection Process : Selection Will be done on the basis of Written Test and Oral Test in the shape of Interview.

TNPSC Cost Assistant Jobs Recruitment Notification 2012

Cost Assistant Posts, Tamilnadu, Tamil Nadu, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Recruitment, TNPSC Notification, TNPSC Jobs, TNPSC Vacancies, Government Jobs, Government Vacancies, Government Posts, POST OF COST ASSISTANT IN THE DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIES AND COMMERCE IN THE TAMIL NADU MINISTERIAL SERVICE, List of Register Numbers of candidates who have been admitted provisionally to the Oral Test for appointment by direct recruitment to the POST OF COST ASSISTANT IN THE DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIES AND COMMERCE IN THE TAMIL NADU MINISTERIAL SERVICE based on the results of the Written Examination conducted by the Commission on 26.08.2012 FN are given below. Notes :
1. The candidates whose Register numbers are found in the above list been admitted provisionally to the Oral Test based on the obtained by them in the Written Examination and with to the rule of reservation of appointments. The admission candidates to Oral Test is provisional subject to verification and of their claim in their online applications towards age, qualification,religion, community etc., through original. If any of their claims are found to be false or incorrect, will not be admitted to the Oral Test.

2. The candidates who have appeared for the Written Examination  whose Register Numbers are not found in the above list have been admitted to the Oral Test.

3. The admission of the above candidates to the Oral Test is purely subject to the final orders to be passed by the Hon’ble Court of Judicature at Madras in OAs / WPs relating to this, if any, pending on the files of the Hon’ble High Court, / Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.


4. Candidates who have been admitted to the Oral Test are hereby advised to attend the Oral Test with all the relevant documents in original without fail.  Failure to produce even any one of the essential documents will result in their non-admission to the Oral Test.
