Tamil Nadu Open University (TNOU), Chennai has invited applications for recruitment for office assistant. TNOU was established by an Act (No.27 of 2002) of the Legislative Assembly of the government of Tamil Nadu to benefit those who have been deprived of or denied access to higher education for various reasons.

Pay Scale:
INR Rs.4800-10000 + Grade Pay Rs.1300/-
Age Limit: Not more than 33 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for the applicants from the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, physically handicapped and other special categories in accordance with the orders issued by the central government from time-to-time.
Education Qualification: Candidates should have passed Standard 8 or hold equivalent qualification from a recognised board/university.
Selection Procedure: A written test, skill test and an interview would be conducted to shortlist candidates.
