SBTET AP Polycet (CEEP-2014) Polytechnic Web Counselling allotment 2014

AP Polycet (CEEP-2014) Web Counselling, Options Exercise Dates l SBTET Polytechnic Web Counselling 2014 Schedule: The Qualified candidates of POLYCET-2014 are informed that admission into Polytechnic will be conducted based on Web Counseling.

The certificate verification process will start from 9th June, 2014. The detailed schedule has been given below. Candidates who are qualified in Polycet 2014 may appear for the web counselling on the scheduled dates.

Documents required for Certificate Verification
In order to attend certificate verification candidates should carry out all original certificates like S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo, IV to X Study Certificate, Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2014 and Caste Certificate issued by competent authority and also H/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority/Anglo-Indian Certificate if applicable and other required documents to the Help Line Centre.

Fee should be Paid at Help Line Centre:
The Candidates of SC/ST category have to pay Rs. 150/- While OC/BC/Minority candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- towards Processing Fee.

Polytechnic Annual Fee in Private and Govt Colleges:
In addition, every candidate has to pay tuition fee (Government Rs.3,800/- and Private Un-aided Polytechnic/2nd Shift Private Engineering Colleges Rs.15,500/- per annum).

Allotments will be placed in Website CLICK HERE on 21.06.2014 after 06.00 PM.

About Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad :
The Director of Public Instruction (D.P.I.) used to head the Technical Education also at the time of formation of Andhra Pradesh. To help speed up the process of development of Technical Education, a Board in the name and style of “STATE BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING” was created vide G.O.Ms.No.371 Edn-dated 26.2.1957. The Joint Director (Technical Education) of DPI used to act as secretary of this newly formed Board. The Board is formed as a statutory body under the A.P. Education Act-1982 (act 1 of 1982), an act of assembly, in the present form, vide G.O.Ms.No.140 dated 24.4.1984. In accordance with the powers conferred by Sub-Sections (1) and (2) of Section 6 read with Sub-Section (1) of Section 99 of the said Act, the Government of Andhra Pradesh have established a Board of Technical Education "The State Board of Technical Education & Training, Andhra Pradesh" in G.O.Ms.No.140, dated 24-4-1984.  The Board had came into existence from 1st June 1984.

Eligibility to Polycet 2013:
The Candidates who have passed tenth class are eligible. Compartmental passed in SSC are also eligible to apply Polycet 2013. But candidate must have passed in all the subjects before getting Polytechnic admission. This year Polycet 2013 exam will conduct on 2nd May 2013.

How to apply Polycet 2013 Online application (CEEP 2013):
SBTET receive Polyset 2013 application through online applications format at AP online centers, Polycet Helpline centers and e-seva Centers through payment gate way and offline too. The detailed list of Polycet Helpline centers is available at http://sbtetap.gov.in. Polycet 2013 Application fee is Rs.330. The detailed procedure of filling up of the Polycet 2013 Online application Form is available from here.

Polytechnics admissions for the academic year 2013-14 are through Web Counseling. Admissions and Polycet seat allotments fully depends on merit and candidates options in web counselling. Details of Polycet 2013 Web counseling and Polycet 2013 helpline centers will be available on our website after declaration of Polycet 2013 Results.

In Polycet Online application the candidate data is like SSC Hall ticket Number, Year of Pass and Date of Birth taken from SSC database. The basic data pertaining to the candidates of other Boards is not available in the data base. The candidate has to visit any of the Polycet Helpline along with his photo for filing Polycet online application.

Polycet 2013 Important Dates:

  • Sale of Polycet 2013 booklet and application form – 27th March 2013.
  • Polycet 2013 online application form starts from – 27th March 2013.
  • Last date for sale of Polycet 2013 Apl. and filing of Polyset online application form 25th April 2013
  • Polycet-2013 exam date is 02nd May 2013.
