Steel Authority of India Limited, Durgapur Steel Plant has issued a notification regarding Operator-cum-Technician (OCT Trainee), Attendant-cum-Technician (ACT) & Medical Service Provider (MSP) Recruitment. Eligibility Conditions :

Educational Qualification :
1. For Sr. No I : Must have passed Matriculation and 3 years full time Diploma in relevant discipline of Engineering.
2. For Sr. no. II : They should have passed Class 10th Examination and ITI (full time) in relevant trades only.
3. For Sr. no. III (1) : B.Sc. in Paramedical Technology (Radiology).
4. For Sr. no. III(2) : Degree in Pharmacy or 10+2 (Science) with full time Diploma in Pharmacy
5. For Sr. no. III(3) : Bachelor Degree (full time) in Dietetics/ Food & Nutrition/ Clinical Nutrition .

Selection Process : Selection will be totally depend on the contenders performance in Written Examination and Interview.

Salary during Training Period :
A. For OCT & MSP :
1. During First year : Rs. 10,700
2. During Second year : Rs. 12,200

B. For ACT :
1. During First year : Rs. 8,600 .
2. During Second year : Rs. 10,000 /-.

Application Fee :
A. For OCT and MSP :
1. General/OBC Applicant need to pay Rs. 250/-.
2. Departmental Applicant need to pay Rs. 50/-.

B. For ACT :
1. General/OBC Candidates need to pay Rs. 150/-.
2. Departmental Candidates need to pay Rs. 50 only as processing fee.

Note : SC/ST/PWD aspirants are exempted from payment of App. and Processing fee.

How to Apply : Before applying the contenders should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility norms. Their registration will be provisional as their eligibility will be verified only at the time of interview. Get SAIL MT 2014 Syllabus, SAIL Management trainee syllabus-2014, SAIL Management Trainee Exam Pattern 2014, Maharatna Company had recently advertised notification for the recruitment of 710 Management Trainee post in Technical & Administration discipline in E-1 Grade. Last date to apply online for SAIL MT 2014 is 21st January , 2014. Huge number of aspirants are filling the online application form of MT post.

After submission of Online form, SAIL will conduct written examination on 23rd March, 2014 (tentative) to recruit the candidates for Management trainee post. For any Examination, Syllabus is must.

SAIL will upload the SAIL MT Syllabus 2014 on its official website after the end of online registration link so that candidates can prepare well for examination. SAIL Management Trainee Syllabus contains specific information about the course that will the aspirants to secure good marks in examination.

SAIL MT 2014 Syllabus : Management trainee syllabus covers 5 segments that is divided in 2 parts :
1. Domain Knowledge Test (duration 75 minutes) : 100 marks
2. Aptitude Test (duration 75 minutes) : 100 marks

Aptitude test contains 4 segments and each segments carry 25 marks each
a. Quantitative Aptitude : 25 marks
b. Verbal Ability : 25 marks
c. Reasoning : 25 marks
d. General Awareness : 25 marks

SAIL Management Trainee Exam Pattern 2014 :

SAIL Management Trainee Exam will be held on 23rd March, 2014 (tentative date) and exam duration will 2 hours and 30 minutes that includes 150 minutes.

Written Examination will have 2 sections . Each section will be off 75 minutes and 100 marks. The First section will focus on Domain Knowledge while the second section will have questions on verbal ability, Reasoning, General awareness and Quantitative aptitude.

Candidates will have to qualify in each of the 5 segments for the respective discipline by scoring minimum 50 percentile marks in the respective category. Candidates who will qualify the written examination, they will be called for Group Discussion and Interview round.

What is the Eligibility Criteria for Management Trainee post :

Age Limit : Candidates who want to apply for MT post, their age should not be above than 30 years as on 01/01/2014. (Not born earlier than 01/01/1984).

Minimum Qualification :
1. For Management trainee (Technical) : Degree in Engineering (full time) with 65 % marks in the Mechanical, Electrical , Metallurgy , Electronics, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), Mining or Chemical Engineering. For Computer Science discipline, MCA (3 years full time ) with 65 % marks are also eligible.

2. For Management Trainee (Administration) :
a. For HR, Marketing and Materials : Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks ( average of all subjects) with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks.
b. For Finance : CA/ICWA

What is Selection Criteria & Salary of MT posts :

Mode of Selection : Candidates will be required to appear for a written examination. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written test will be intimated to appear for Group Discussion and Interview.

Emoluments : Rs. 20,600 -3% - 46,500 (E-1).
CTC : Rs. 7.5 lakhs per annum.
