ISRO Assistant Exam: Admit cards available Download, Centralised Recruitment (ICRB),

The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has invited applications for recruitment at 233 posts of assistants. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of a written examination, which is scheduled to be conducted on October 12. The admit cards for the same have been released and are available on the official website, the link for which has been provided here: http://www.isro.org/

The written test will consist of an objective and descriptive test wherein they are required to obtain at least 50 per cent marks. The examination will be conducted in such cities as Guwahati, New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmadabad, and Thiruvananthapuram.

Candidates aged between 18 and 26 years having acquired a first class graduation degree in Arts/Commerce/Management/ Science/Computer Applications are eligible to apply for this vacancy.

Candidates should note that they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without an admit card/hall ticket. Also, candidates should not carry their mobile phones or other electronic devices inside the exam hall.

Selected candidates will be paid in the scale of Rs 5, 200-20, 200 with Grade Pay Rs 2, 400. They shall be posted in separate cities:

Pay Scale : The minimum sports norms for recruitment of sports person against sport quota through open advertisement in Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- and pay Band PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 is as under:-

Educational Qualification : Candidates must have passed Matriculation/ITI or its equivalent.

Application Fee : (a) The Candidates have to send a Demand Draft/Crossed Indian Postal order for Rs, 100/- drawn in favour of Sports Secretary, Machanical Workshop, North Easter Railway, Gorakhpur payable at Gorakhpur along with the prescribed application (b) All SC/ST/Sikh/Mushlim/Buddisht/Zorastrian (Parsi) candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee (c) Economically backward class candidates whose family income is less than the prescribed income limit are also exempted from examination fees.
