Qualification:

Candidates who wish to apply should have first class engineering degree in various areas for the post of Manager. And a post graduated degree MBA for Assistant Manager in their relative fields.

Experience Required:

Applicant must have a minimum of 6 years experience for Manager and a minimum of 4 years experience for Assistant Manager in their related areas.

Age Limit:

Maximum age limit would be set 40 years for the post of Manager and 35 years for Assistant Manager as on 01-APR-2014.

Pay Scale:
Scale of pay will be given according to the Annual CTC.
It will be 7 to 9 Lakhs For the post of Manager and Deputy Manager and 5 to 6 Lakhs for Assistant Manager.

Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification : Degree/ M.Com / CA/ PG Degree / B.Com / SSC / ITI/ Degree/PG (Civil Engg.) / Diploma in Architecture/ Agriculture/ Horticulture

Age Limit : (As on 01.03.2014)
Post No.1 : Not more than 40 years
Posts No.2 to 5 : Not more than 35 years
For all other posts : Not more than 33 years
Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the candidates belonging to SC, ST, VJNT, SBC & 3 years for OBC (Only Maharashtra Domicile Candidate) wherever the post is reserved for that category of backward class.

Scale of Pay :
Posts No.1 & 2 : Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-
Posts No.3 to 7 : Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade Pay of Rs.5400/-
For all other posts : Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay of Rs.4400/-

Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test and Interview.

For SC/ST/VJNT/ SBC / OBC candidates : Rs.250/-
