AIEEE Counselling 2013

Final list of institutions admitting students (with intake in each discipline and category as per reservation) through AIEEE-2012 including counselling procedure, counselling schedule and counselling centres would be displayed on the CCB (Central Counseling Board) website in May/June 2012. The decision for the above will be taken by the CCB.

Candidates shall regularly visit www.ccb.nic.in for the CCB admission brochure, schedule and further details. The counselling will be made on line off campus and depending upon the requirement and facilities or as decided by the Central Councelling Board.

The JEE (Main) (Paper I of earlier AIEEE) for B.E./B.Tech will be held in two modes, viz offline and online (CBT). The offline examination for JEE (Main) will be held on 7th April, 2013 and the online examinations will be held thereafter in April, 2013.

The examination (Paper II of earlier AIEEE) for admissions to B.Arch/B.Planning courses at NITs, IIITs, DTU, Delhi and other CFTIs will be held on 7th April, 2013 in offline mode only.
The merit list for admission to NITs, IIITs, DTU, Delhi and other CFTIs will be prepared by giving 40% weightage (suitably normalised) to class XII (or equivalent examination) or other qualifying examination marks and 60% to the performance in JEE (Main) Examination.

The JEE (Main)-2013 (Paper I of earlier AIEEE) will have one objective type question paper. The paper will consist of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The duration of the paper will be 3 (Three) Hours. The Paper II for admissions to B.Arch/B.Planning courses at NITs, IIITs, DTU, Delhi and other CFTIs will have one Question Paper consisting of Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing Test as per past practice of AIEEE. The duration of the paper will be 3 (Three) Hours. Detailed bulletin will be published shortly.

The top 1,50,000 rankers in JEE (Main), which includes students from all categories (GE, OBC (NCL), SC and ST) will be eligible to appear in JEE (Advanced)-2013 (hitherto known as IIT-JEE) for admission to IITs, IIT BHU and ISM Dhanbad.

NIMCET 2013, NIT MCA Common Entrance Test online Application

NIMCET, NIT MCA Common Entrance Test is one of the famous MCA Entrance examinations for admission in National Institute of Technology(NIT). NIMCET conducted by NIT for admission to MCA Programme . There are 11 NITs in India and having total 849 seats for MCA Programme. Candidates who want to do MCA from Top Technical Institute of India may apply online for NIMCET 2013 Entrance Exam.

If candidates will qualify NIMCET 2013 Entrance Exam, then Candidates will be able to take admission in any of 11 NITS. More details of NIMCET 2013 notification is given below.


Eligiblity Criteria for NIMCET 2013 Exam:

Educational Qualification : Candidates should have Bachelor's Degree( Full time 3 yrs) with minimum 60% aggregate marks or 6.5/10 CGPA (55% or 6.0/10 CGPA for SC/ST) in intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Mathematics.

Candidates must possess bachelor's degree with Mathematics, Business Mathematics , Discrete Mathematics, Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Elementary Mathematics, Elementary Statistics, Business Statistics from any recognised University.

NOTE : Candidates who are persuing Final year bachelor Degree can also apply for NIMCET 2013 exam, but Candidates have to submit their Results during NIMCETcounselling which most probably held in month of August, 2013.
