Latest Opening for Lab Attendant, Office Assistant posts in State Implementation Society Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), Imphal, Manipur has recently uploaded advertisement regarding recruitment of Lab Attendant and Office Assistant post. This recruitment will be held on contract basis. Eligibiel Candidates may apply on or before 25th March, 2014. 1. Lab Attendant : 116 posts
2. Office Assistant : 116 posts
Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess following qualification according to post :
1. Lab Attendant : Candidates must be 10th class pass out
2. Office Attendant : Candidates should be 12th Class pass out with 6 months Diploma Certificate in computer course from a recognized Institute/University.

Age Limit : Candidates age shall not exceed 35 years as on 05th March, 2014. Age Relaxation of 3 years are provided to OBC Candidates and 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.

Consolidated Pay :
1. For Lab Attendant : Rs. 5740/- per month.
2. For Office Assistant : Rs. 8000/- per month.

Result of 12th class exam conducted by Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur (COHSEM) expected to be released in last week of May 2014.

About Board of Secondary Education (BSEM):-
The Board of Secondary Education, Manipur was established by an Act of Manipur Legislative Assembly in 1972. By the amendment of the Act in 2004, besides the academic activities, the prescription of conditions for granting recognition of standard I and VIII was also entrusted to the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur. At present 786 high and higher secondary schools (226 Government, 103 Government aided and 457 Private) are affiliated to the Board for certification at end of secondary stage i.e. class X. The schools in the state are either managed by the government or by private bodies. Besides the conduct of examination at the end of class X, the development of curriculum and syllabus, preparation, printing and distribution of text-books for class I to X are also done by the Board. The Board conducts public examination at the end of class X for the courses studied in class X only. The Board does not conduct any other public examination; however a common question examination at the end of class VIII will be held w.e.f. the academic session 2010-2011 to maintain uniformity, standard and quality. The schools themselves will conduct the examination, check the answer scripts.
