Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification :
Post No.1 : Post Graduate degree with at least 55% marks
Post No.2 : PhD in Science or Engineering, or post graduate in the relevant field in Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
Post No.3 : Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% of marks with knowledge of computer applications OR 3 year Diploma (after 10+2 years of school) in Secretarial/Commercial Practice (English) with minimum 50% of marks.
Post No.4 : Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks
Post No.5 : Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field with minimum 55% marks OR 3 year Diploma in the relevant field with minimum 55% marks .

Scale of Pay :
Asst. Registrar, Technical Officer(TO) : PB-3 (Rs. 15,600-39,100) and Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- plus allowances
Administrative Asst. : PB-1 (Rs.5,200-20,200) and Grade Pay of Rs.2000/- plus allowances
Security Supervisor : PB-2 (Rs.9,300-34,800) and Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- plus allowances
Jr. Technical Asst. : PB-1 (Rs.5,200-20,200) and Grade Pay of Rs.2,400/- plus allowances
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in a Job-Oriented Test (Practical and /or written) followed by an Interview. Only Interview will be conducted for Asst. Registrar/ Technical Officer posts.
